From ideation to manufacturing
Our Product Creation Process has been refined through the many projects handled throughout the years. It is important for us to keep up to date with the current development in the industry and processes are constantly refined to ensure the product is relevant to the market.
Phase 1:
Research, Feasibility and Ideation
Understanding user’s need and market landscape is the first step for product creation. From ethnography to market research, we support our client by asking compelling questions, strategize GTM plan, and create a shared vision to turn ideas into reality.
The robust eco-system of the research and development scene allows our team to work closely with multiple partners and agencies locally. We conduct extensive research on our clients' product including.

Phase 1:
Concept and Architecture
Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. To create a holistic approach we consider the product, user's needs, and our client's business strategy as a whole. Our team then translate it into conceptual designs while taking into considerations key market trends, technologies, and unique proposition of the product. Our risk-based approach is an invaluable tool to help our clients to make the right concept selection.

Phase 2:
Detailed Design
Working with industry partners and associates, we transfer concept design to concrete products. Using the latest software applications, we put the product to test, simulate and troubleshoot to ensure there's product confidence within the team. Through a proper process in place and integrating all functions to create a product that is unique, reliable, and manufacturable for our client.

Phase 2:
Prototyping and Testing
Prototyping is an inexpensive and scaled-down version of a product to test the practicability and identify issues with the design. It validates most of the product requirements by accessing the form, fit, and functionality of the product. Our prototyping capabilities combined in-house equipment and specialized partners to ensure quick turnaround and with close accuracy.

Phase 3:
Design Verification and Validation
We are not handing out your product without thorough testing. Our designs are validated by our quality group to ensure that they meet our client’s requirements. We create test plans based on the design inputs and risk assessments before testing the key functions of modules or product features at various stages of the product creation.
Where Design Verification answers the question Did you design the device right? Design Validation addresses another interrogation: Did you design the right device? We support our client’s validation by providing the documents and materials needed for their assessment.

Phase 3:
Manufacturing
We work with your suppliers or we help you select the right partner to transfer a design to production. This includes the qualification of the tools, first article inspection of the components, and process development and validation. Our China team ensures the production set-up meets all requirements.
